By using DriveScope, you agree to these terms. The legal counsel version of this document supersedes any wording on this outline page.
The Service
DriveScope connects car buyers with local dealerships by collecting your preferences, matching you with up to three vetted dealers, and delivering out-the-door price offers within 48 hours. We do not negotiate, finance, or finalize any sale — that happens between you and the dealership you choose.
Eligibility & Use
You must be 18 or older, a resident of the United States, and able to enter into a binding agreement with a dealership. You agree to provide accurate contact information so dealers can reach you with real offers.
You agree not to use the service to spam, harass, or impersonate another person, and not to bypass or attempt to circumvent any rate limits or protections we put in place.
Limitation of Liability
Offers are made by the dealerships, not by DriveScope. We do our best to vet dealers and the offers they submit, but final pricing, vehicle condition, and sale terms are the dealer’s responsibility. DriveScope’s liability is limited to the fees you have paid us, if any.
